A sleep specialist could evaluate this thoroughly. It is not normal to wake up and feel exhausted.

You would need to be evaluated by a sleep specialist. It sounds complex.

I am not sure if this is a sleep disorder but its been happening for the last year and more. I have very intense dreams where I feel like I am doing a lot of work and performing a lot of tasks (which i dont get paid for), and I wake up and I feel really tired the first half of the day, so exhausted from the work I did during sleep time, so I dont know if there is a point to sleeping anymore since I dont get any real rest. Please advise if there is a medical definition for such an occurence.
